How we work together.

Short, written, and non-negotiable — the terms that protect your launch as much as my craft. Everything below is agreed in writing before a project starts.

1. 01

   Engagement one at a time

   I take on a single project at a time so your build has my full attention until it ships. Timelines are honest because nothing else is competing for the desk.

2. 02

   Scope written first

   Every engagement begins with a written scope: objectives, deliverables, and the outcome we optimise for. Anything beyond it is a separate, agreed conversation.

3. 03

   Fees fixed

   Quoted as a fixed engagement fee against scope, never billed by the hour. Minimum engagement is USD 2,500, no exceptions. Consulting, support and work outside a written scope bill at the standard rate of USD 150 / hour, agreed before it starts.

4. 04

   Timeline & revisions

   Dates go in the diary once the project is booked. Each stage includes a defined revision round; further rounds are scoped and priced before they begin.

5. 05

   Downpayment books the slot

   A deposit secures your dates. Work begins when the deposit lands, and the slot is held only once it does.

6. 06

   Final payment & delivery

   The balance follows agreed milestones. Ownership of the agreed deliverables and all files transfers in full on final payment — clean and complete.

7. 07

   Ownership yours on completion

   On final payment, the launched work is yours. My internal tooling, processes and unused concepts remain mine, so I can keep improving how the work is made.

8. 08

   Confidentiality

   Anything you share stays between us. I only show finished work publicly with your agreement, and never before a launch you haven't announced.

9. 09

   Responsibilities & deadlines

   I keep to the dates; the project keeps its momentum when content, feedback and approvals arrive on the agreed days. Delays on inputs move the delivery date fairly.

10. 10

    Scope changes welcome, written

    New ideas mid-project are welcome. They are scoped, priced and agreed before they enter the build, so nothing derails the launch or the budget.
