The case-study format that wins real-estate clients

A case study is not a gallery. Decision makers at a developer or a brand do not scroll through twelve screenshots to guess what you did. They want the situation, the decision, and the result, in the order they would tell it to their board.

The structure we ship

On the left, a sticky identity panel: client, sector, timeline, the one-line brief. On the right, chapters that scroll: the challenge, the approach, what was delivered, what changed. The panel never moves, so the reader always knows whose story this is.

Write the challenge honestly

"The client needed a modern website" is not a challenge. "The development had to sell before the first stone was laid, to buyers who would never visit the site" is. A real constraint makes the solution legible.

Show the decision, not the deliverable

One image per decision, captioned with why. A masterplan render is interesting; a masterplan render with the sentence "we led with the coastline because the plot, not the buildings, was the product" is persuasive.

Outcomes without inflation

Use the numbers you can stand behind and label them precisely. Where a client cannot share figures, say what was delivered and when it launched. A quiet, accurate case study is trusted more than an impressive one nobody believes.

End with the next step

Every case study closes with a single call to action addressed to the reader's situation: "Launching a development in 2026? Let's talk before the renders are final." Specific beats generic every time.
